I have been professionally involved in website design, construction and maintenance since 1998. I posses a unique combination of communication, organization and creative skills. I am most comfortable in the Windows environment, yet I know my way around a Macintosh. I administer Microsoft Internet Information Servers as well as Apache Web Servers in UNIX or Windows environments. I am proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, Director, Flash, and Premiere). I am adept at relational database management systems, such as Oracle, MSSql, and MySQL. I have experience with creating normalized data structures, fairly complex queries, joins, views, stored procedures and data transformation.  I am proficient in web application development using PHP, ASP and VB.Net. I am particularly familiar with WordPress management and development. I enjoy all facets of Internet technology, from creating animation and graphic user interfaces to programming dynamic database driven web applications.

Originally hired to develop and manage the corporate Internet/Intranet resources, I have also prototyped applications that extend the functionality of our core product.  In my current capacity at Yardi, my primary responsibility is to support the web infrastructure for our publication endeavors and the following websites.

The Lake Nacimiento South Shore Area website supports five independent home owner associations, including Running Deer Ranch, Tri-Counties Boat and Ski Club, Cal Shasta Club, Ranchos Del Lago, and South Shore Village as well as their common road association.

Webmaster / Information Technology Chairman

Designed and Maintained the website for this National non-profit organization serving over 3000 members. Worked with and advised the Board of Directors and Executive Director on internet and technology related issues, and the evaluation of software solutions. Assisted in the transition to an enterprise solution for web content management and membership and event management. Trained staff on software use.

I have been from coast to coast and well beyond. Domestic travel has been from Hawaii to New York and many places in between. As a student, I spent a month touring Europe, visiting Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, and England. As an adult I’ve been fortunate enough to travel more extensively, visiting Canada, Mexico, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Turkey, and several Greek isles. These experiences have attributed to my ability to maintain rigorous schedules and organizational standards as well as the ability to communicate with people of many cultures.
